About Us and Our Supply Chains

Flair Leisure Products plc is a UK based company with its head office in Surrey and is wholly owned subsidiary of Giochi Preziosi SpA who are based in Milan, Italy.  Flair Leisure Products imports toys from the Far East and distributes to UK and European retailers.

Flair Leisure Products plc sells Giochi Preziosi SpA branded and licensed items as well as products from third party partners

Our Giochi Preziosi SpA branded and licensed manufacturers have factories which have ethical audits, ICTI,Smeta, ETI or equivalent, which take steps to the identification of modern slavery risks and steps to be taken to prevent slavery and human trafficking in their operations:

We expect and require the same from our third party partners

For our Giochi Preziosi SpA branded and licensed manufacturers we continually monitor the performance of the factories and aim to work with them to implement appropriate controls to prevent Modern Slavery, and notify Giochi Preziosi SpA if they become aware of any Modern Slavery within their supply chains.

We expect and require the same from our third party partners

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our organisation’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31st December 2019.
