Q2) What refills am I able to purchase on line?
a). Refills are available for the following Flair products: Aqua Beads & Aqua Beads Nail Art, Cool Cards, Noteez, Shaker Maker, Sylvanian Families (Lights, wallpaper) and Zubber

Q3) Do Flair supply spare parts for their products?
a). Flair hold a limited supply of spare parts for current lines only, please contact Flair on 0845 456 1775 or email@example.com for further information.
Q4) When can I expect my delivery as I have not yet received it – is this for spare parts or refills?
a). Flair do not send out packages recorded delivery unless requested and paid for.
b). Please allow 10 working days for postage.
c). If you have not filled in your full address with postcode delivery may take a little longer.
Q5) I have an old Sylvanian Families item and I am missing / have broken parts can you help?
a) Flair only provide a limited number of spare parts for current lines. If your toy is more than 1 years old we may not have the part. We recommend you search a well-known auction site for an missing elements.
Q6) I have recently purchased a product and I’m missing items from the pack.
a). In the first instance you must take the product back to the Retailer you purchased if from as this is where your contract lies for a refund or change. If the Retailer you purchased the item from is unable to provide an exchange / refund, please contact Flair with a copy of your receipt either by email or post and we’ll try our best to send you the missing parts.
Q7) Can I come into your office and buy some products?
a). Unfortunately not. Flair only sell products direct to retailers and as we are an office we are unable to sell directly from here.
Q8) I would like to sell your products so how do I become a Flair customer?
a). Please contact Flair on firstname.lastname@example.org for a new customer enquiry form.
Q9) I’m an internet site who would like to sell your products how do I become a customer?
a). You must have a bricks and mortar outlet to become a Flair stockist. Please email email@example.com with your enquiry and you will be sent enquiry form which details all our terms and conditions.
